The older we get, the less likelihood we will be able to find mentors older than we are (I am 57 and am finding this out more and more every day).
Yep. And that's not necessarily a bad thing. You can still find mentors across the age spectrum, for sure, but making sure you don't equate mentor with "someone older than I am" is important.
