Excellent points. I always carry a band and ball but not the electrolytes. But now I will. Even more important at 76 than at your young age. 😱 thanks for the tip.
Theragun Mini and a couple of resistance bands. I was skeptical of the Theragun and similar percussion massagers until I used one on a particularly tight IT band. It works out those little kinks after a long day of travel, sitting / standing, or even an uncomfortable bed.
Interesting. I have a Hypervolt that I use constantly at home. Never tried taking one on a plane though. Figured it would set off every Homeland Security alarm. Maybe I'll roll the dice. Glad you like resistance bands too.
I did some research before my first flight with it and I found that it loosely falls under the category of personal electronic device. So, that was my story if I got stopped. Only once have I had a TSA agent question me, and he was like “I suppose there is no harm.” I would have to think they’re so commonplace now?
New here. I really appreciate the straightforward, organized and tested information you present.
Welcome to N2L Evelyn. And thank you. Glad you are finding the information helpful.

100%. I find I need electrolytes a lot more now as well.
The water dispensers at the hotel gym are a godsend!
And it's awesome when you go to refill your bottle in PJs ... :)
We’ve all been there! 😂
