How do you eat for strength when life is chaos? Commutes, deadlines, meetings, kids, pets who eat sticks and then throw up when you’re late for work….like my little guy did Wednesday.
But fueling your body well is essential for keeping muscle on your frame, energy in your tank, and taking more control in the battle to age better.
Last weekend, I published a popular post: “You probably don't have enough muscle to age well. Here's how to change that.”
It includes expert tips from fellow substacker, author and pro-bodybuilder Anne Marie Chaker about how we all — women included — can put on lean mass to protect our bodies as we age.
Today, live at 12:30 ET, you can join us for a short Not Too Late x LIFT Lunch Break via the Substack app. We’re sharing our favorite go-to meals, snacks and strategies to fuel a healthier diet and get more protein throughout the day.
Whether you’re back in the office (like me) or work remotely (like Anne Marie), you’ll get solid advice to break bad habits and find fuel to perform better.
How can you tune in? Click below to download the Substack app. If you make sure to enable notifications, the app will notify you when we’re live. Just tap that, and you’re in.
Good conversation Wendy. Your points about CGM were excellent. My only issue is people see it and think I’m diabetic. Of course we all need to worry less about what people think about us and more about what we think about ourselves. It is a great, revealing and humbling tool. You can now get them without a prescription.
I’m will be joining also.
